Prostate On-Site Project is a non-profit organization founded in 1998 by prostate cancer survivor Gene Felker. Prostate On-Site Project is in the business of saving the lives of men by educating and screening men for prostate cancer. With the help of our POP partners, Board of Directors, Hall of Fame Advisory Council, corporate sponsors, and numerous volunteers, we are able to help save the lives of men in Arizona!
We improve the quality of life for men and their families through awareness and early detection of prostate cancer. We aim to:
-
To educate men about their unique susceptibility to prostate cancer and to motivate them to get PSA blood tests and physicals because early detection saves lives.
-
To empower women, loving wives and mothers of our children, to influence their men to act.
-
To provide comfort to surviving families of victims.
-
To make prostate screenings available to all men in Arizona.
