Michael Noel, CEO
A veteran of the financial and IT communities, Michael’s stewardship of GiveClicks.com is the culmination of his long held dream to “bring much-needed financial support to the community.” Leveraging 10 years of experience in the financial community as an investment banker, a love of anything computer related and a passion for helping others, Michael is now fulfilling his lifelong dream by nurturing the growth of GiveClicks.com. Michael’s professional experience includes senior management leadership with a solid track record of selecting, training, leading, and motivating productive sales and management teams. His knowledge of advanced IT networks, infrastructure and communications processes are critical to the evolution of GiveClicks.com. Michael’s background reflects resourcefulness and good judgment as well as great interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. He is not only a gifted team builder, but also a solid team player. Michael is currently an ambassador for the Arizona Technology Council, a volunteer for the Arizona Brain Injury Association, a volunteer for the Arizona Small Business Association, and a special advisor to Starshine Academy.

Richard Bonn, CIO
While Rick proudly wears the label of IT guru, it is his yearning to help others that truly defines him. Early in his technology career, Rick envisioned creating a technology based solution to help fund the religious and nonprofit organizations he admired and supported. This vision, combined with an encyclopedic knowledge of networks and programming, plus a strategically-selected group of 15 programmers, materialized as GiveClicks.com. A solutions-driven innovator, Rick is the founder of Awesome Web Marketing, a highly-regarded pay-per-click campaign management and search engine optimization (SEO) firm that is a Google Certified Advertisement Professional, and a Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador – the highest qualifications for search engines. Rick is also a principal owner of Great Networks LLC, a Microsoft Certified Partner, Microsoft Business Partner, APC Certified Partner, and SonicWall Authorized. Rick’s broad and deep IT experience is reflected in the following certifications and partner distinctions: Google Certified Advertisement Professional; Yahoo! Search Marketing Ambassador; Microsoft Certified System Engineer; Certified Novell Engineer; and Cisco Network APC InfraStruXure Engineer. Prior to starting his own companies, Rick held the positions of chief information officer for artificial-life.com, a pioneer in mobile broadband technology, IT manager for Sony Eastern Europe, and IT Manager for Philip Morris Switzerland.

Paul Fox, V.P., Sales
A passion for sales, marketing and leadership have informed Paul’s career path. Career highlights include co-founding two industry-leading companies: 24 Hour Fitness Company, the health club chain, and LeadSource Inc., one of the first companies in the early dot-com years to successfully aggregate, analyze and distribute marketing metrics. His results-driven (a.k.a. “bottom line”) approach to sales and marketing have made him a go-to guy for corporations and associations around the Phoenix metropolitan area for close to 10 years. In addition, Paul has 20 years managerial and executive sales and marketing experience in commercial real estate throughout the Southwest and Midwest. Paul sat on the Executive Fund Raising Committee for Mothers against Drunk Driving and was previously on the board of the Phoenix Museum of History.

Holly Mechsner, Marketing Director

Drawing on her professional experience in corporate finance, foreign languages and hospitality, Holly brings a dynamic mix of global awareness, business sense and people skills to the GiveClicks.com sales force. Her work experience includes a broad range of sales, marketing and managerial positions for the Vanguard Group, the Phoenician Resort and Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain. With a recently completed Masters Degree in European languages and cultures, Holly is committed to launching and developing a new non-profit organization called Global Achievement Foundation, which seeks to eradicate poverty through the education of children.

Ken Blue, Director of Vendor Relations
Ken is a thirty-year veteran of retailing, e-commerce, information services, and adventure travel industries. Ken has served in high-level sales and marketing positions in companies including Paddock Pools, Gear.com, REI (Recreational Equipment Inc.) and Genet Expeditions. Ken has negotiated large-scale affiliate agreements with companies such as MSN, USA Today, AOL, and Amazon.com, and was instrumental in negotiations that led to major investments by Amazon.com and a merger with Overstock.com. Ken served in the U.S. Air Force from 1974 – 1978.

Advisors

Nate Anderson is the founder and president of Ear Candy Productions, a nonprofit music organization devoted to producing charity concerts that benefit music programs for the youth of America. Ear Candy also collaborates with other charities to create unique fund-raising events, using music as the focus, to benefit their good works.

Russ Graf brings 20 years of industry experience to his current sales and business management position as a regional reseller of business management software applications. Russ was the founding partner of two organizations whose success led to acquisition. Russ is very involved in his local church, having served as a board member and leader of several ministries, and supports several local ministries, including the Children’s Cancer Network, Creative Arts & Healing, and the Wellness Community – Central Arizona.

Dr. Cornell (Corkie) Haan, better known to friends as “Corkie,” is the National Facilitator of Spiritual Unity for The Mission America Coalition, co-founder of The Presidential Prayer Team, and Vice President of The World Prayer Team. He was instrumental in founding seven churches, and has been a member of operational boards for the Baptist General Conference in Minnesota, Middle East, Northern California, Southwest, and Florida. Over the course of 30 years, Corkie was Senior Pastor of six churches around the country. His involvement in and leadership of community and ministry oriented organizations comprises CityVision, Erie County Association of Evangelicals, Sonoma County Association of Evangelicals, Christian Family Services, Home for the Homeless, Set Free Ministry, and the Bradenton Bible Conference.

Richard Heftel is a broadcasting pioneer. He has spearheaded the monumental growth of several self-named entities including Heftel Broadcasting (radio stations), which was ultimately acquired by Univision, Heftel Media (a full service advertising and communications agency handling blue chip clients such as the Venetian Hotel), and Heftel Del Rey, a concert production company focused on large (100,000 person) free events in Los Angeles. Richard’s vast business portfolio includes building and overseeing many types of companies including; Poderes Naturales, a vitamin supplement company based in Las Vegas; Innovative Cosmetic Surgery Center, an upscale cosmetic surgery center based in Scottsdale, AZ; Lincoln Center LLC, a 25,000 square foot event center in Spokane, WA; Waikiki Nei, a 750 person showroom under construction in Honolulu, and a variety of real estate developments. Richard served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross.
